I try to be clear about what I know, what I am still investigating, and where uncertainty remains. Personal experience can guide questions, but it is not a substitute for evidence.

Research deserves traceable sources, careful checks, and honest limits. I want analyses to be understandable and reproducible, especially when the data concerns people living with chronic illness.

Patient voices matter

People living with illness bring knowledge that is often missing from research and healthcare. Their experiences deserve to be treated with respect and included in the questions we ask.

Openness and curiosity

I share the process as well as the conclusions: useful discoveries, open questions, and corrections. Learning in public helps make the work better.
